Belonging & Inclusion

An open approach

59 Productions works globally and we recognise that people from some backgrounds are disadvantaged when joining and participating in the industries we work in. We aim to create an environment where everyone can belong and feel included. We open-up the conversation to the wider staff so that everyone’s voices are heard. We believe this improves the quality of our work.

Diversity and opportunity

Alongside building this environment for increased belonging and inclusion, we also recognise the lack of diversity and representation in the industry as a whole and give attention to the routes by which people enter our industries and find potential opportunities.

In both recruitment to our core team and building our project teams, we identify and acknowledge our responsibility towards addressing these systemic barriers, contributing to change. It is our ambition that with ongoing work, our company would more accurately reflect the society in which we largely reside in London and the audiences we reach globally.
