59, a Journey studio, partnered with Spotify and Atlantic Records to craft an immersive visual experience celebrating the launch of Ed Sheeran’s new album Play.
59 Studio collaborated with Ed’s team to design and produce the show’s visual experience that was projected across Lightroom’s 360-degree screens. We combined new interview footage of Ed sharing the creative journey behind the tracks with playful animations inspired by his signature visual style, bringing the album’s story to life. To make the experience even more special for fans, we animated six brand-new songs from the album, creating a one-of-a-kind listening and visual experience.
The event invited Ed’s super fans into a bespoke integrated storytelling experience, building excitement for the new album and giving them a unique look into Ed’s creative process.
Having previously created numerous Lightroom shows, we were thrilled to be a part of this Lightroom project for one of the world’s biggest musical stars.
